Look, I don’t even have my shoes yet. It’s been over a month and they haven’t even shipped. I’ve been in contact with Vans various times: a few emails that haven’t even been answered; a phone call within the hours listed on their website which are apparently grossly inaccurate; and a second phone call which garnered me some vague information about how my shoes “should” arrive within the next two weeks (almost two months after I paid for them.) Customer service has been a train wreck, and it’s all I can do not to call and unload my frustrations on a poor minimum wage worker. After reading all of these reviews, I wish in retrospect that I’d checked sooner. But one would assume that a global corporation like Vans would have its crap together. After having worn Vans for more than half my life, I’m truly, irreparably disappointed.

Ordered 3 pair of vans in last 3weeks. I am so disappointed with my grandson’s pair. Goes to preschool and of course they get dirty. Washed in cold water, dried outside. The blue faded. My 5 year old saw and now doesn’t want to wear them. (He WILL). Now I know why my older grandchildren make such a big deal about not getting their Vans dirty. They know they will fade. If these size 12.5 had been washed 4 or 5 times, I would still be unhappy, but not angry as I am now. I cannot return them, threw packaging away after I saw that they fit and LOOKED PERFECT. FOOL ME ONCE, SHAME ON YOU, FOOL ME TWICE, SHAME ON ME!!!!!!!

Great!

Since I skated and knowing that not every shoe is suitable for performing different tricks on it. I can confidently recommend you shoes of this brand. Because the sole does not wear off as in any other brand. Skated for over half a year and I will say it's great!

I will never order from Vans.com again

I will never order from Vans.com again, 2 months later and the shoes have yet to be shipped. I tried to cancel the order, but Vans will not let you make changes. When we made the purchase Vans said we would get our product in 3 to 4 weeks. A week later we got an email stating that our order was almost ready.... 6 weeks later still nothing. After contacting Vans they said orders made during this time frame had an extra 4 weeks delay, never did they send an update with this information. I no longer need the shoes, we bought something else, now I am stuck with these shoes, if they ever arrive, and can send them back at my expense. WHAT, your product isn't delivered when you said it would be and I have to pay to send it back? Horrible customer service, horrible experience.

I bought some customs and its been over…

I bought some customs and its been over a month and now they are telling me that it could be an extra 4 weeks (month) before I even get them, they never mentioned that before the purchase, they only told me that when I contacted them and I'm very unhappy. I hope I receive them soon ????

Discrimination

My husband bought me 2 pair of vans but didn't order them wide width. So I called customer service only to find out wide width are custom shoes to them. I've never heard of anything so ridiculous. Then it takes longer to get them. Why? Wide width shoes are a common thing. Why would they be custom? I'm truly disgusted. Then the rep told me they don't send wide width to stores for sale. This is so frustrating. Why sale shoes when you can't make them available to everyone in the same way. That's discrimination.

If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been a loyal customer for a while. I go and buy my friend a pair of custom vans for her bday and I get no notification from anywhere that the payment went through, so I place it again. Turns out it did go through, vans just have a terrible way of proving it. $180 wasted and can't get the half of it back until 3 to 5 weeks. Thanks.

I have tried making costom vans 3 times…

I have tried making costom vans 3 times and they have canceled my order each time for no reason! They were going to be a gift but I guess not. They gave me my money back on the 1st 2 orders but its been 10 days since they canceled my last oder and I have not gotten my $100 back. I've worn vans for years but now I will stop since they don't follow through on their own policies. IM BEYOND MAD

After waiting for a month to be deleivered my gtandchild had his hopes up ..just too find out that they do not have wide in the shoe he wanted .they have a custom sizeable thing u can do for 75!!!!! That is awful that you cannot get a shoe in wide for children they only have certain shoes in wide there is a lot of children's feet that are is wide and cannot wear these shoes because of this and to charge $75 to customize from a medium to a wide is ridiculous even though you can custom sy's the colors the main thing is the width. Prob would have been purchasing lot more shoes bc he wanted several pair but due to this we want be purchasing at all.

Great shoes

Love these shoes. They're so comfortable and hard wearing. I owned a pair of black slip on ones and had them for about two years, I wore them everyday and they lasted so well. Just bought some more floral ones and the fit is still perfect, Can't go wrong :)

Crooks.

Vans made promises on thier website that products would be delivered in time for Christmas.
They failed to deliver on that promise, still no items delivered.
Customer service said nothing could be done and no compensation would be received.
Shocking. I'll be buying converse next year
